What You’ll Do

• Learn & get trained in multiple areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, ads, email, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation).
• Plan & execute digital campaigns under guidance.
• Generate qualified leads for Hostspacio’s services.
• Contribute ideas for content, outreach, and growth strategies.
• Track and report campaign performance weekly.
• Experiment with new marketing tactics and optimize based on results.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers or early-career marketers (0–2 years) eager to learn by doing.
• Interest/knowledge in at least one area: SEO, Ads, Social Media, Content, or Email.
• Creative thinking + willingness to try new approaches.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and hungry to grow.

Compensation:
Internship (First 3 Months): ₹7,000/month
Post-Internship: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000/month

What You’ll Do:

• Dive into digital projects—think digital marketing, web/app development, client acquisition, custom solutions and more.
• Crunch data to uncover insights that make our solutions smarter and our clients happier.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and execute them with a lean, startup mindset.
• Collaborate with our team (remotely and in-person) to push boundaries and deliver results.
• Learn fast, adapt faster, and take ownership of your growth.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads, or similar)—even if it’s from personal projects or a short gig.
• A portfolio or projects that scream “I’ve got skills!” (e.g., a campaign you ran, a website you optimized, a website you developed or any tool you developed or stats you turned into gold).
• Energy and curiosity—startups move fast, and we need someone who’s all in.
• A data-driven mindset—numbers don’t scare you; they excite you.
• Willingness to travel to our Pollachi office 1-2 times a week (we’re hybrid believers!).

Bonus Points:

• You’re from Pollachi or Coimbatore (or nearby) and cool with popping into our Pollachi office when needed.
• You’ve got a knack for storytelling through content or visuals.
